On August 5, 2024, Asia Pacific Initiative (API) hosted a roundtable with Prof. Yarik Kryvoi from the British Institute of International and Comparative Law. Prof. Krivoi is Senior Fellow in International Economic Law & Director of the Investment Treaty Forum at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law. The event featured a discussion on sanctions policies, especially comparisons of its formulation among E.U., Japan, U.K. and U.S.
